To access our service, you need to be aged 17 1⁄2 years or over and registered with a GP in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, or Bassetlaw.
Once you have referred yourself into our service, a member of our team will arrange an assessment appointment with you, which will help us to know if and how we can support you.
Yes! If you have been feeling low, worried, stressed, or anxious, we are here for you. We offer a range of therapies to suit different needs, so you don’t wait until you are feeling your worst before reaching out.
Waiting times can vary, depending on the type of therapy, but these are our targets:
75% of people should start treatment within 6 weeks of referral.
95% should start treatment within 18 weeks of referral.
We are not a crisis service, so if you need urgent support, please visit our Get Urgent Help page to get contact information for organisations that can give you emergency support.
